Marsden High School

DESIGN BRIEF

Re-brand the current visual identity for Marsden High School. The current school colours are different types of green and black. Change this to only one Pantone green, and one tint of this green for consistency. Built along the Parramatta River, reflect elements of this into the visual identity. Include no religious elements in the design.

DESIGN SOLUTION

As the logo needs to be extremely versatile – made to go not only on digital and print media, but also uniforms, school bags and stationery – it needed to be as simplistic as possible. The logo is made up of two people holding hands, in the shape of a stylised M, and an open book. There is also a shape which looks both like a flowing river and a road. This river element has been used across all the branding.
